I have created this blog in order for friends, family, and fellow students to travel with me through my journey of many different countries.  I hope to use this as a source of journalism, advice for others when traveling, and an informational site to allow family and friends to live vicariously through my journey.

This spring I have the most amazing opportunity to live in Florence, Italy for four months. I will be leaving in January and returning in May. I will still be studying, Communication Studies, but in the heart and sole of Florence. I will be engulfed in the Italian culture from the minute I wake up to the minute I go to sleep. I could not be more excited and blessed to have such an amazing opportunity. Yes, it will be a new adventure for me, and I am sure there will be challenges allow the way. Yet it will be an experience that I never forget. As much as I wish I could bring all of my friends and family with me, I hope you all will follow along with me.
